This website and inquiry form are not intended to receive patient information or other protected health information (PHI).

The inquiry form collects your name, work email, inquiry type, message, and organization if you choose to provide it. We also receive information you send directly to us by email.

Service providers and website data
Formspree processes website inquiry submissions for TraumaCare.AI. The website is hosted using Firebase App Hosting, whose underlying systems may create routine server and security logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and error details.
TraumaCare.AI does not use a behavioral analytics provider, marketing tracker, or analytics cookie on this website at this time.
Retention
We delete inactive inquiries after 12 months. We retain active business or research correspondence while the relationship remains active and as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
When information may be disclosed
We may share information with service providers that support the website and inquiry workflow, when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect TraumaCare.AI, our users, or others. We do not sell personal information submitted through the inquiry form.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect inquiry information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not use this website to submit sensitive patient information or PHI.
